GENERAL INFORMATION
Terms:
- S.B.P. terms for billing are net 30 days
- all prices are tax out
- all goods are F.O.B. Specialty
- prices subject to change without notice
Returns:
- returned goods will not be accepted without written authorization from
Specialty
- returned goods will be subject to a 10% restocking charge
- all returns are to be via prepaid freight
Overdue Notices:
- overdue invoices will be charged at 2% per month (24% per annum)
Special Orders:
- special orders are not subject to cancellation after production has
started
